 he Montessori method of
teaching phonics is well known
to be very effective.

Children as young as 2 1/2 years are taught the phonetic sounds of each
letter of the alphabet. They are
then led through a structured
programme of three and four
letter phonetic words, grammar,
vocabulary and finally
phonograms.
Montessori children learn to read at an early age. Our reading programme is supported by quality reading books from U.K., USA, Australia and New Zealand. Mandarin which is optional is also taught everyday as a second language. |
